Playtime 2 Bedtime! NEW Blankets that double as a play area!

This new company: Playtime 2 Bedtime came up with this awesome product:

Playtime2Bedtime is a line of children’s blankets and duvet covers that function as a play area for kids and their different toy brands. For example, there is a shopping mall for fashion dolls like Barbie, a race track for toy cars like Hot Wheels and Matchbox, a wrestling arena for WWE toys, and a city under attack for super hero toys to save as well as a few others that are currently available and even more that are in the design phase and coming soon. The idea was to create something warm and cozy and snuggly while also creating a backdrop to imaginative play.

These look SO awesome and we hope to review some later in the near future!

Check out more about them on their website!

Prices range from $50-$100, depending on what you purchase. There are several to choose from. So creative!

Cozy Wings by Jay @ Play! Nap, wrap and flap around!

Cozy Wings! These things are so cool! They are super soft and so much fun!

We were given the Frozen and Buzz Light-year ones to review. They have slits for your arms to go into and an elastic loop that wraps around your finger. Kids will then look like they are flapping around when they move their arms!

There are other characters like Spider-man and JoJo! Also they have the classic designs as well. You can check those out on their web site.

These come in just one size. They were big on Aaron, but he is only 2, almost 3. I would say they would fit more of a 5 year old. He loved wrapping up it in all the same though!

He wanted me to lay down with him like he was! Ha!

Haha.. I asked him to stay still for a picture and this is what he did, well.. I did need a pic of the back of it, but not necessarily of him laying on the floor haha!

It’s worked out though! You can see just how cute it is in this picture!

These retail for right around $15. I only see Target offering these characters right now.

Wouldn’t these make a great addition to a Christmas Eve box? We usually do one with Christmas PJs, snacks and a Christmas movie for the boys.. but adding this would take that up a notch!

My Fabulous Storyteller by Lunii!

So I have never been the best at reading to my boys.. I did when they were younger, but now since I work from home part time, YouTube, Blog and parenting 3 crazy boys.. it’s hard to find time..

I have been on the search for something that will assist with this.. so when we seen this at Sweet Suite.. the boys AND I were hooked!

The boys stood at this booth for a super long time. They listened to a whole story! It was about 7 mins long.

Ahh.. this is my favorite photo of them from Sweet Suite, not to mention the ladies that ran this booth/run Lunii were the most sweetest and friendliest group I have met!

They seen that the boys were really intrigued and gave us one to take home! It’s super awesome! Not only does it charge, but you can pick a character, theme and object. It’s screenless and the buttons are not overwhelming to figure out, the whole feel of the storyteller is really nice. Super simple for kids to use on their own.

There are 48 stories that come downloaded on the storyteller and you can even download more on their website! We JUST downloaded the bedtime stories and THAT is what the boys have been listening to at night! They have really enjoyed it.

I honestly can’t wait for more downloads to be available!

There is also a head phone jack so you can use the Storyteller with or without head phones. This would also be great for car rides or waiting for a doctor appointment. The My Fabulous Storyteller retails on their site for around $70.00.

For our full review (and skit) check out our video:

The boy’s (and I) had fun filming this video. Their giggles towards the end of the skit were so perfect that I didn’t have to edit anything in! They were actually listening to the stories when I “looked inside the room”! We didn’t have to act any of that out!
